04.06.11 Bonaroo Music Festival

There's no way that I'll remembe everything or even everyone we saw on this day right now but I'll do my best to at least get down the band names as best I can.

I do know that I was at the festival with Kristy, and Gary on an Amazing trip.  I'll definitely have to get back here to write more about the trip to the festival which was almost as fun as the festival itself.

Dave Matthews and Friends

This was the second time I'd seen Dave and Friends. Wouldn't of bothered had Trey not been part of the crew.  One thing I learned seeing this act is that Tim Reynolds is one fuckin' rocking guitar player.  That man kills, between him and the fiddle player its no wonder Dave is so big.  Personally, I just don't get Dave particularly when Phish was around when he got so huge but hey if all those Dave kids became heads our gig would have been that much more diluted. 

Bob Dylan

This was the first time I'd seen Bob playing the keyboards instead of the guitar.  He was good but I don't think I'll ever see the Dylan that I want to see.  Don't know if he's been around since 76' or so.  This was a afternoon set on the main stage, he played just before Dave and Friends.
